Rise8 announces Prodacity 2026 with expanded AI focus for GovTech training

The three-day program returns to Nashville August 25–27 as the definitive education and training experience for Mission O/S — Rise8's operating model for modern delivery in government.

Tampa, Fla. — May 1, 2026 — Rise8, a leader in modern software delivery for federal missions, announces Prodacity 2026: Uncharted, its annual three-day event for GovTech leaders. The program returns to Nashville August 25–27 and steps fully into its identity as the home of Mission O/S, the methodology Rise8 has built and refined over a decade of software delivery inside the federal government, with an expanded focus on AI as an accelerator of mission impact.

The 2026 theme, Uncharted, reflects the reality facing today's government change agents: leading transformation in terrain the existing system was not designed to navigate.

A program built for leaders

Prodacity 2026 is designed for the leaders driving modern delivery inside government, alongside the senior practitioners and industry partners learning with them. We refined the three-day structure to sharpen what each day delivers.

Day one establishes a shared foundation in Mission O/S, with keynote programming to give every attendee a common frame and language. Day two splits into focused tracks for strategic and technical leaders, organized around the real constraints government programs operate within. Day three offers immersive workshops, led by industry experts, where attendees go deep on a single area of practice and leave with applied work in hand.

Prodacity is education and training, not a traditional conference. Every element of the program is designed to teach.

AI as a Mission Accelerator

AI is embedded throughout the 2026 program—not as a standalone topic, but as a capability integrated into modern delivery.

Programming reflects Rise8's view that AI accelerates already high-performing teams and belongs inside real workflows instead of bolted on. Consequential decisions still require human accountability. Sessions will address what works in production, the constraints government practitioners face, and the path from experimentation to durable mission impact.

Speakers from across government and industry

Prodacity 2026 will feature voices from across the federal government and industry, with programming curated around practitioners shipping real outcomes in production. Rise8 will announce featured speakers in the coming weeks.

A note from Rise8

“Prodacity has always been the room where government change agents come to find their people,” said Adam Furtado, VP of Mission O/S at Rise8. “What's different this year is the stakes. The work ahead is genuinely uncharted, and leaders don't need more inspiration. They need a shared operating model, a peer group, and the ability to deliver outcomes in production.”

Rise8 has spent a decade partnering with federal agencies to build and operate mission-critical software. Prodacity is where that experience becomes a repeatable, practical, and measurable curriculum.
