Who it's for
This program is for Veterans who want a real path into GovTech, whatever corner of it fits you, from buying and managing software to building it yourself.
- You've served, and you want a way into a GovTech career without going back for a Computer Science degree
- Operators, analysts, logisticians, and PMs with deep mission context, whether you want to shape acquisition, manage programs, or build
- You know what the mission costs, and you want to help deliver the capability it needs
What you'll do
- Three days at Prodacity, on us. Prodacity is where GovTech leaders learn to ship mission-critical software faster. You'll spend the first two days in the room with the people who buy, build, and run government software.
- A full day of hands-on building. Day three is Impact Lab: a full day building working software to solve a problem, start to finish, using AI-native tools and plain English. You don't need a developer background. Whether you go on to build software or buy and manage it, doing it yourself once changes how you do the job.
- A working app you built. You'll leave with a working app you built in an unclassified cloud environment, you can open and share. But the app is the artifact. What sticks is the fluency: you'll understand how modern software gets built, and that carries into any GovTech role.
- We bring everything but the laptop. We supply the tokens, curriculum, and instructors in the room to unblock and coach. You bring a laptop and show up ready to work.
Why GovTech
You already understand the mission from the inside. GovTech needs more people who do, across acquisition, program management, and delivery. When you understand how software actually gets built, you make better calls whether you're buying it, managing it, or writing it yourself.
