  • Day 2 — Tracks. Focused tracks for strategic and technical leaders covering AI delivery in high-compliance environments (RMF, FedRAMP, classified), outcome-driven contracting under new EOs, and continuous delivery patterns.
  • Day 3 — Immersive Workshops. Industry-led workshops with a choice of Outcome-Oriented Acquisition, Value Stream Mapping, Event Storming, Domain-Driven Design, or Impact Lab to ship real, AI-powered software.

Attendance will allow me to bring back tested patterns and practical skills that improve team performance, reduce delivery risk, and increase operational efficiency. The event offers Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits (total pending the final agenda) and complies with federal ethics, training, and travel regulations.
