Event Overview

  • Day 1 — Foundation. Keynotes and strategic panels establish a shared operating model for shipping software in government.
  • Day 2 — Tracks. Focused tracks for strategic and technical leaders covering AI delivery in high-compliance environments (RMF, FedRAMP, classified), outcome-driven contracting under new EOs, and continuous delivery patterns.
  • Day 3 — Immersive Workshops. Industry-led workshops with a choice of Outcome-Oriented Acquisition, Value Stream Mapping, Event Storming, Domain-Driven Design, or Impact Lab to ship real, AI-powered software.

Attendance will allow me to bring back tested patterns and practical skills that strengthen our organization’s digital capability, reduce technical debt, and improve delivery speed. The event offers CPE or CLP credits (total pending the final agenda) and adheres to all DoW ethics and travel protocols.
