FAQ

are workshops remote or in-person?

By default, we schedule workshops in-person and can make exceptions for remote opportunities.

how long is each workshop?

Workshops are offered as 1 or 2 days.  For the Vision and Strategy Accelerators, it is recommended to schedule 2 days.

What is the cost of workshops?

Workshops are $10,000 for 1-day and $20,000 for 2 days. 2 days is recommended for the Vision & Strategy Accelerator Workshop

can i get continuous learning points?

Yes! The event grants Continuous Learning Points (CLP) for at least 75 percent of its contact hours.

Rise8 provides Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) instructional service in the form of curated workshops built from our library of facilitated training. Because these are COTS offerings, we cannot change the availability, pricing, scope, content, or specifications for the Government.

For government customers, GPC may be used to pay qualifying COTS training in accordance with the DoD Charge Card Guide Book for Establishing and Managing Purchase, Travel and Fuel Card Programs, DoD Financial Management Regulation 7000.14-R, Vol 10, Chapter 12, and DoD Instruction 1400.25, Vol 410, which specify that the GPC may be used for purchases of training exceeding the micro-purchase threshold, but not exceeding $25,000 (excluding travel and per diem) when the criteria are met.

how many attendees can each workshop hold?

The ideal number of attendees is between 6 - 10, with the maximum number being 20.

what staffing is provided by rise8 for workshops?

Each workshop will receives 2 - 3 attending staff. The roles of staff are Facilitator, Co-Facilitator and Observer.
